  • What types of home fragrance products do you offer?
    We offer a range of products, including candles, reed diffusers, wax melts and room sprays, all thoughtfully crafted to elevate your space.
  • Are your products cruelty free?
    Yes, we do not test on animals or use any third parties who test on animals either. We also do not sell to any country which requires animal testing.
  • What materials are used in your products?
    We use a blend of soy wax and paraffin wax , high-quality fragrance oils and eco-friendly packaging to create sustainable, luxurious products.
  • How can I pay for my order?
    We accept payments via PayPal, Clearpay and all major credit and debit cards.
  • Can I include a personalised message with my gift?
    Of course! Simply add your message on the product page or the shipping cart page, and we’ll include a printed note with your order.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. If you have chosen a product from our personalised collection, please expect your order to be shipped within 3-4 business days. We use Royal Mail, Evri & DPD as our main postal couriers.. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched attached with a tracking number where possible.
  • Do you offer returns or exchanges?
    f you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to refund your purchase if the return complies with our policy. You can request to return by emailing hello@lovemillyofficial.co.uk We regret to inform you, that we do not offer a free return service and therefore you will be liable for return postage charges. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any personalised gifts. Once a product has been opened or tested we will be unable to exchange/refund, if you are unhappy with the fragrance. We offer discovery sets to avoid this happening. All goods must be returned to us within 7 working days of your Love Milly delivery. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
  • Do you do refills?
    Yes! We offer a sustainability programme here at Love Milly. You can buy reed diffuser refills OR if you want to re-use your existing candle tins/jars - you can. We will organise collection and redelivery. Please visit: Sustainability Programme | Love Milly
  • Can I reuse my candle jars/tins?
    Absolutely! Our containers are designed for repurposing - perfect for storage or decor once your product is finished.
  • How often should I flip the reeds in my diffuser?
    For a stronger fragrance throw, we recommend flipping the reeds every 2–3 days.
  • How can I get the best burn from my Love Milly candle?
    For optimal performance, trim the wick to 5mm before each use and allow the wax to pool evenly to avoid tunneling.
  • Are you available for wholesale or corporate gifting?
    Absolutely! We’d love to collaborate. Please email us hello@lovemillyofficial.co.uk for more details about bulk orders or custom corporate gifting.
  • Do you offer custom products for special events or gifts?
