If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to refund your purchase if the return complies with our policy.

We regret to inform you, that we do not offer a free return service and therefore you will be liable for return postage charges.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any personalised gifts.
Please contact us and we will try to solve the problem.​
Once a product has been opened or tested we will be unable to exchange/refund, if you are unhappy with the fragrance. We offer discovery sets to avoid this happening.
All goods must be returned to us within 7 working days of your Love Milly delivery. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
